Let's see - Henin 9 slam pts, Serena 10 pts.  Yes, Serena has slight
edge....

She was cruising 6-2 3-3 & has several breakpoints - what should have been a
routine 6-2 6-4 win turned into a dogfight.  Imo not because Serena played
well, but henin was abysmal for a 6 game stretch - completely lost it.
Remarkable she pulled it out in the end..


and got whipped in Wimbledon,

She did well to make semis - most players have a letdown after initial slam
win - Henin was very consistent in slams all yr - 2 wins & 2 semis....

It's probably lineball, but certainly I'm not going to argue when it's this
close.  We'll see how '04 pans out..... Henin will be super confident & I
suspect will win at least 2 slams....
