It's about time someone started to try to promote the most popoular (and most enjoyable) sport in the world here in North America! If soccer were half as popular here as it is in Europe, I may be able to watch it on tv with more frequency and be able t talk about it without people looking at me weird. Well done.

I'M POSTING THE FOLLOWING ON BEHALF OF THE INTERNATIONAL TABLE SOCCER FEDERATION (ITSF):
Hello,
After one year of existence the ITSF is preparing the first table soccer world cup tour for 2004. You will be able to find more information about this by the end of this year on www.table-soccer.org. Information about World ranking, world calendar, world cup tour, master final, prize money, member countries, ...........all this before the end of december!
Currently ITSF president Farid Lounas has been traveling around the world to promote the sport of table soccer, helping each countries table soccer federation to have a real sports style organization, and helping make contacts between sponsors, politicians, the media and the table soccer sport federation of the country.
This month stops were made in China (November 11 to 18), Hong Kong (November 18/19), and Japan (November 20 to 26). The next stop will be in the USA, for a meeting with Warrior Table Soccer and it's president Brendan Flaherty, and during the Las Vegas Warrior tournament with the USTSF and it's president Kathy Brainard.
More information very soon on the ITSF website.

[Over 100 countries play table soccer around the world! Only 20 have table soccer sport organizations. The ITSF's job is to help each country and each player to organize table soccer like a sport around the world, help each player to enjoy the game, and organize world sport organization with official world titles. Cooperations with IOC, GAISF and International Sport Federation in general are on the way.]
