Well, my swimming remarks were meant seriously. My political remarks 
were really just a tongue-in-cheek expression of synicism on the state 
of society these days - at least from the perspective of my perfect 
little world :-)  FYI - people that have known me for any period of time 
have long since given up on rationalizing my various attitudes, with the 
exception of those paid well to do so :-)
