There are several different broadcasts going at onceand each local bureau can "pipe in" the broadcast of their choice, along with several optional languages for commentary. This is the reason I can watch skiing on Eurosport in Norway while somone else, tuned into EuroSport, but sitting in London will be watching - perhaps - darts. I can say, though, that here in Norway they do broadcast the sumo tournament (it usually goes on four consecutive evenings, about 4 weeks before the next Basho), with Swedish commentary.
