There is nothing typical about 4-1-3-2.

I didn't say Milan were playing spectacular football this season.

And he made that substitution because Milan had a champions league tie
against Brugge in mid-week and only two fit forwards (Tomasson and

Against Brugge Milan were playing with 10 men for most of the match.
Against Ajax Milan had more possession and more clear cut chances.

Name me a coach who have guided his team to victories over Depor,
Bayern, Real Madrid, Dortmund and Ajax without loss in one season and
I'll hail him as a genius as well.
