It is important to point out that G14 > haven't come out and admitted the rumour. I for one wouldn't be surprised if there was truth to the rumour, even if that truth doesn't match the reports we have read 100%. The story is that G14 said it would advise it's members to withdraw from all UEFA Competitions and form a G14 Super League if UEFA continued to play matches in Turkey, a country which G14 considers to be unsafe. I think a more likely scenario is that G14 leant rather heavily on UEFA by "politely" pointing out that they were unhappy with the security situation in Turkey and hinting that if future decisions don't go G14's way that their members *could* become restless and want to take part in a competition on their own terms. I don't think G14 threatened an immediate walkout, just that they "politely" reminded UEFA that a Champions League without Real Madrid, Arsenal, Juventus, AC Milan etc etc wouldn't be a very exciting proposition compared to a Super League containing those teams..... It is no secret that G14 want to form a European Super League, either alongside the UEFA Champions League or seperate from it. G14's vision for a Super League doesn't allow room for trips to volatile destinations such as Turkey or remote corners of the continent like Russia and Azerbaijan.... G14 are a very dangerous threat to the future of European Football. I do not have time to list the reasons in this particular post, perhaps I will touch on it in the future. All I will say for now is: My personal belief is that genuine European Football fans have a duty to stop G14 at every corner. Do not purchase tickets to watch G14 teams in action, do not go out of your way to "pay per view" their matches on television, do not spend money on G14 team shirts and merchandise. This plea extends to people who are actually fans of G14 teams. G14 teams should be boycotted in every way until the clubs see sense and finally decide to disband this unholy alliance. Hristo
