He was very good last season admittedly... maybe at lesser lights he
shone. People were talking of him cutting Cannavaro off the national
team 1st choice, in the long run, Ferrari looks a better bet.

I think the general post-match view was that Davids should have
started, since Almeyda and Cristiano Zanetti hacked their way past a
lot of weak Juve legs.
