Too unfortunate to hear provided that such sales are being done.
Are we talking about Europe and EURO 2000? I'm asking because for
the World Cup things are a bit different now - TV rights fees are
substantially higher and at least in Sweden and Norway, PPV services
were provided for a part of the tournament.

Can you name examples of Euro2000 being shown on pay-TV in Europe?
