England. With all of my heart, and most of my money :p

France. In the event that England can't win the tournament, I'd like
the best and most attractive team to win.

Croatia. I've always had a soft-spot for them. Don't really know why.

Portugal. Always over-rated, and I still don't forgive anybody who
raved about Figo's *deflected* goal against England last time around.

Spain. I hate how the media fawns over them as if they are actually
ever going to win anything.
