Re: Goalkeeping brothers

But surely there must have been a pair at some point in the history of the
game. Anyone? If not, why?

Failing that, how about a top level goalkeeper with a top level brother in
some other position? Best I can come up with here is Niels Bohr and his
international brother.

How many sets of brothers have played together in the same international team (in the same game) anyway ? And how many twins ?

I can think of, for twins, off the top of my head, only the
Ramzy twins of Egypt (I think they were twins) and the DeBoers (didn't know about the Ravellis)

For brothers (not twin)

Bob and Sam Lenarduzzi for Canada
Karlheinz and Bernd Förster for Germany
The Mpenzas for Belgium
The Charltons for England
The Nevilles for England
(? for Cameroon in 1990 I think there was a pair too)
The Flos for Norway
Cesar and rafa marquez were once in the same squad for Mexico, but I don't think Cesar got on the pitch in that friendly.

but I am sure there are many, many more
