I came across this company (Free-skate) from the Netherlands
which sells both ice blades and skeelers that attach to XC ski boots.

They are shown with Salomon Pilot bindings/boots but probably
SNS profile or even NNN-2 bindings would work.

(from Free-Skate in the Netherlands)

(click "FREE-SKATE for ice, FREE-ROLLER-SKATE for skeelers)
     (or go directly to:)

The ice-skates that they sell look a lot like the Almgrens (Sweden)
model that I have:

(I think Almgrens has been recently renamed "Lundhags")

Probably not exactly what you are looking for. These are
mainly for recreational use, rather than serious competition,
but some people are using this type of ice blade for outdoor marathons
(Weissensee, Vikingarennet etc)
