Yes, what Bob said.  Get some .org legal muscle in your corner--it's a 
great case with many potential beneficiaries.  (And the public harm is 
WHAT, exactly, Mr. Constable?)

Well, look on the bright side, Cupertino MUST be a low crime area for such 
nitpicking law enforcement to be going on.  Unless it's just more revenue 
fleecing by desperate red-inked city.gov  ;')
