Me too - I bought a pair of custom skate/ski insoles and got them
molded in a local ski shop.  Since I often spend 8-12 hours in my
skates on some days, they've helped my feet no end!

Here's an article a friend wrote, although he has leg length issues
that he needed custom orthotics for.
