He's had good teams before, but doesn't take long to make many new teams in
his 2 years.  There wouldn't be many that are still in the team from 2 years
ago or even 1 year ago.   Mitchell has doubts about keeping Thorne as the
captain - he selects a team then a few months later has no confidence to
keep working with them.  How long was Fitzpatrick the captain for?  He
wouldn't have lasted long under Mitchell.
