"E. Scrooge" <[EMAIL PROTECTED] (remove eye)> brightened my day with his incisive wit when in news:[EMAIL PROTECTED] he conjectured that: > He knew it all when he took the job - after getting rid of some > quality players his result in the World Cup was a complete disaster. > Losing the big game wasn't the disaster, it was the way that they lost > it which was a complete shambles. Oh come on : despite the fact that I always thought the ABs to be untested in this RWC and remarkably confident despite their back to back losses against England, you could still see the quality ooznig out of every pore. They had a bad game and I doubt if it will happen again. Australia played a blinder. They didn't in the final, and I think the scoreline was very flattering. IMO, Mitchell should stay : he's got a fine team there chomping at the bit.
