Er....the laws say anything which suggest the ball is out of the ruck, when
it's not.  The specific dummy-pass offence, IIRC, only applies at the base
of the scrum.

Agreed - but I thought our one-eyed pal was talking about the final, final
ruck - not the break Daws made a couple of phases earlier.
