LOL! Let me get out my very fetching one-piece apparel for my upcoming movie 'Erg Test'! It probably is the erg, my back isn't as straight as it should be when I'm on it, but that's because I find I have more power the way I use it. I'm only a novice still. Before we used the erg quite a lot coming into the regatta season doing sprint pieces and pyramidy things, I don't remember what we did during the winter. Now we're doing a 40 minute piece one evening and 2 20 minute pieces one evening. Thanks again!
