CD reputedly only needs 90 minutes of sleep every 24 hours... mind you the

Wing riggers are obsolete, beer is free, all rowers are 170cm, multilane
regattas are no more, and, with his internet campaign now redundant, he gets
to spend qaulity time with his lovely wife and their grandkids.

Then he wakes up.....

no wonder he's such a grumpy sod during waking hours..... he should eat more
haggis!
