Ok, pedant point first - this isn't a 'site' but a newsgroup. ;-)
Secondly yes Peter King used to post here but he hasn't for a while.
I suspect he's doing other things, or lurking. You might be able to find 
an email address for him by using Google's groups search.
If you're thinking about running the UK Rowing League then good luck.
