hallo from Italy, i am a typical ectomorph tall 1.90cm x 80kg (6'2"x175lbs), my shoulders are small, poor chest and skinny legs, I am 28, do you think rowing can help me to put muscle and mass??? Someone says "Rowing no because it's aerobic, just bodybuilding to add mass" but i see every rower is enormous!! How can I row in my house,do you think Concept II is good for me? Thank you bye
