With apologies to your eyes, there are going to be a few people who hate 
the page colors no matter what I choose to do - some (like me) would find 
the basic-black-and-white-with-red.blue.green links atrociously 
pedestrian; others puked when the site was blue, others would hate purple 
or red or yellow or green.  Can't please everyone; I'm just trying to 
find a consistent design that, for at least a majority of people, isn't a 
turnoff or a screaming neon sign that says THIS GUY IS COLORBLIND AND MAY 
BE SUFFERING FROM CATARACTS!

Thanks for your feedback.  Perhaps next time I feel like a big project 
(after this one and the one I have planned next are complete) I'll 
resurrect the "no-frills" mirror for those who - and you're not the only 
one - find the brown to be a tad too reminiscent of cuck.
