Looks to me like she got a complete face redo, but not a boob job, as 
some commentators have suggested.

She probably has some bruises left around her eyes, which would account 
for the sunglasses; if it were only the "Nidia was blinded" angle, they 
wouldn't have had to be so big.  Bruises around the eyes last longer 
than other facial bruises from cosmetic surgery.
