[AWARDS] Call for Votes, 2003 Rec.Sport.Pro-Wrestling Year-End Awards

This is the first call for votes for the 2002 R.s.p-w Year-End Achievement 
Awards.

The R.s.p-w (rec.sport.pro-wrestling) Year-End Achievement Awards are an
Internet tradition dating back to 1990.  The Awards recognize both
excellence and...well, whatever the opposite of 'excellence' is...in the
sport of professional wrestling.  Believe it or not, this is the *14th*
year of awards!

This year's awards cover the one year period between November 2, 2002 and
November 1, 2003.  Please try to keep this ENTIRE span of 12 months in mind 
when you submit your votes!

There will be three Calls for Votes; this is the first.  I will also post
a call for votes on or around the 17th and 24th of November.  I will stop
taking votes on the 1st of December.  I hope to have the results ready by
the 17th of December at the very latest. 

Following this article will be a list of the previous winners, a final list
of nominations, and an official ballot for submissions.

Voting will take place via email only.  One vote per person, please.  Please
use an *official* ballot!  If you can't find it here, please email me and
I'll send you one.

Please exercise your right to vote!  These awards wouldn't be what they are
without your support!
