Maybe it was because they were outdoors and didn't use lights... they just rocked. They played every song perfectly, the sound was awesome. And it was the only act on the whole show that actually got people going. Voivod was good, Korn was eh, Manson was eh, the rest were just plain bad. But Cradle, even on the second stage, got the whole crowd to come over and get violently into their set. I've never seen an entire crowd captured like that. People at first were like, "What the fuck is this?" but everyone, everyone, walked away going nuts over Cradle. I dunno, maybe you caught them on a bad night. Or I caught them on a good one. Regardless, that set owned it. --- Nick Demola "Although Jewel live was good too." "Only a real man can say that." "I'm joining a band. I'm going to be famous. And I'll write a song called 'Ode to Mat'. I don't know what it'd say, but it'd be something cool."
