Our woodsball field is like a speeball field in that you run flat out 
off the start and try to keep that momentum going.  We usually win by 
sticking together as a team and pushing up one side or the other, as 
soon as you split up you leave angles open.  so when someone gets it in 
their head to go rambo, the rest of the team usually pays for it.  Also 
if someone is "slow to react" to being hit I make sure there is no 
question in anyone's mind with a few followup shots.
