newsgroup connection

Does anyone else here have occasional trouble downloading new posts from
rec.sport.paintball?  The past two months I have had problems connecting.  A
lot of the time I get error code 800ccc0e.  I've tried searching google, but
I can't find anything that fixes the problem.  Am I the only one getting
this problem?

(I use Outlook Express 6 as my newsgroup reader)
