Do you plan your diet around that? You know does it feel > better for you if its a loose movement or a tight hard one? Loose and fast. You really have to go, and then you sit down and it blasts out of your ass with such force that you're afraid you might have cracked the bowl. When you're done, it feels like you just lost 10 pounds. In order to accomplish this lofty goal, certain dietary concerns must be addressed. Often times, in order to achieve the correct consistency, one must alternate between roughage and proteins. The proteins are, of course, for giving it body, eating things like cheese and steak and whatnot will accomplish this goal nicely. The roughage is for giving it malleability, so that it will easily exit from your bowel in a rapid, fluid motion. I find that a salad before a steak does the trick nicely, but only if eaten approximately 1.5 hours before the meal proper. That's my regimen, anyways, feel free to share your dump regimen with us all. -- Jeff Goslin - MCSD - www.goslin.info It's not a god complex when you're always right
