Call me an asshole again and I'm going to challenge you to a paintball

I do have a question for you.....when you made the comment that there
was nothing you liked more then the feeling of taking a crap in the
morning. Do you plan your diet around that? You know does it feel
better for you if its a loose movement or a tight hard one?
