Well, you see, there is the natural conundrum of the idiot-to-english translation boxes. The only people able to effectively perform quality control on the devices are the idiots who must speak in order to do the testing. Regrettably, these same idiots are the ones who see no problem with the devices skittering across the table in abject horror of the stupidity they have been subjected to. Quality control is performed on a table surrounded by cardboard shipping boxes at it's periphery. Any device that flies directly into a box shrinking away from the stupidity it's been subjected to is considered to have passed QC.
