Re: Ground forced a fumble!

No less than four times did Joe Theisman state "the ground cannot cause a
fumble" without qualifying the statement.

On top of that, he started arguing that the officials were wrong in reversing
the call because he thought the ball left the runner's hand prior to touching
the ground.

Forget the fact the knee was down long before the ball got near the ground!

For such a smart player, he is not a very knowledgeable student of the game.
