the ankles, causing him fall to down and touch the ball.  K3 subsequently
recovers and advances; whereupon, the BJ, from his position ON the HL's
sideline,  follows him to goal line and signals a TD. 

<Ruling:
First, guess how many minutes it supposedly took to sort this out.>

Since it was 11-man ball, I'll guess "eleven".

< Second, guess what their final ruling was.>

K's ball at the spot of "recovery".

< Third, guess which grievous offense will get all the air-time, >

The BJ's positioning on the sideline

< and which will be forgotten, at next year's State Clinic. >

(TIE)  K can't block below the waist; and
         The touching by R is ignored; and
          K can't advance a kick; and
          PSK enforcement for K's foul.
