I have been white-hatting in various places and levels for 38 years, and I have never listed the options for a captain. All it does is confuse the issue, particularly if you throw in "kick." I just tell them they have won the toss, and let them go from there. In my younger days, I worked with R's who would list the options, and invariably it came back to haunt them. --Jay Scott
