So, for the last three weeks you have been wasting our
time attempting to make a distinction between a
"choice" and an "option"?

Is this REALLY your point? %^(

If so, then you are definitely a twit.

You just TOLD us it was there. Fed 3-2-3 says that the winner
of the toss has the first choice to Defer.

That's because you are incapable of applying the rule in a
practical fashion during an actual game.

Anyone who insists there's a difference between the three
options above afforded to the winner of the toss, is simply
an idiot.

If you wish to emphasize that Defer is NOT an option afforded
to the LOSER of the toss, then you'd have a point.
