But you simply CANNOT administer a football game with this alone.

You MUST understand how to APPLY the rule in a practical fashion.

And, this is why you fail, Luke.

You should be communicating with the coach, THROUGH the
captains, whenever the rules call for it.

There's nothing wrong with taking whatever steps you like in order
to ensure the coach and his captains are on the same page.

But, to exclude the captains is just as wrong as excluding the coach,
and vice versa.
