Advocare makes a sports rehydration drink, POS3, that has 9g sugar vs 14 g sugar of the other sports drinks. They have a large list of non paid professional athlets who use their products. Several officials in my basketball chapter sell the sports drink(it is sold only via distributors, not at any store). Good luck.
