Now I KNOW this guy has never officiated, as football coaches can glare thirty
yards. Many coin tosses, as well as penalty administration, are dialogues
between player and bench. Why this continual denial of reality?
btw, I think discussion has failed to pick up on the earlier idea that to defer
is to use the zeroth option.
