It should:
be free
weigh nothing
have no side effects
be impervious to water, salt, sweat, being kicked periodically, and
  impervious to collisions with trees and rocks
control the climate in my immediate vicinity to be a comfortable
  temperature and humidity
should detect when I need the rest, or that I just feel sluggish but
  could really get out the door for a good run.
at my option, should derive its energy by burning my fat
