Re: Knee hurts to bend, and to run

Hi, I recently restarted my running program after a long layoff. I was a
60-80 mile per week runner, during the 80s through the mid 90s. I started
training again in July 2003. after about 6-8 weeks my right knee really
started hurting towards the inside portion as well. I too could press the
area and recreate the pain. I noticed that prior to my knee pain, I was
getting a twinge in my right foot.(I ignored it) being an experienced runner
that has had several injuries, I felt that the knee wasn't the problem, that
it started in my foot, and because of misalignment, it ended up screwing up
my knee. I changed to a really great insole made by Superfeet.
www.superfeet.com for the minimal $30.00 investment, it was worth a shot.
click this link to see what I bought.

The second I put those insoles in, the pain immediately went away. I've been
running absolutely pain free for about a month or so. it was unreal. for
30.00 you can't go wrong. if you decide to try these out, post your results,
or just email me. good luck. in case anyone wonders, I have no affiliation
with superfeet insoles at all. their product just worked great, plain and
simple.
