First of all, I'm not sure they make a XXL cart that would fit you, 
you're more the minivan size and I haven't seen much competition in that 
arena.  And yeh, the auto tranny is probably the way to go.  I did lots 
of research today and am trying to find a relatively local event to 
attend as a spectator - are you and Bob interested in going if I find 
something?  I know if will be hard for you to spend 12,000 on a kart and 
only get 1/2mph more speed but I'm sure you'll find a way.  How's that 
brick work at the Hacienda coming?  Told you, Craigs experience with 
brick is dropping them out of the airplane to ripple the water before he 
lands.
