That is very stupid remark. No one in this state can purchase a gun from a dealer with out going throe procedure outlined by the law. No one in this country can participate in NRA approved competition with membership. Each match is recorded and each participant classified. And yes in Kentucky citizen is allowed to make his own gun including receiver with proper registration papers. No permit is required to carry weapon in glow compartment or on person as long as it can be seen. When it comes to conceal weapon, you must have a permit, under go rigorous training and your record must be spotless. This is one of the reasons why I reside in this state. Life is good for the man who recognizes his blessings. Come and try your skills in our club. Target shooting is individual sport, great sport, there are no tuners, no two stroke rapists no magicians and no slick sales man. It is you, your ability and nothing else.
