Re: Holding a stick with a sprained wrist

I've had a similar injury that continues to plaque me for the last 3 years.
Partial tear of a ligament deep in the wrist. Bought a nepreon (rubber)
wrist tension bandage that's adjustable with a velcroe strap and it helps
big time. I don't use it all the time, just when it's sore before a game
but it fits easily under your glove. Adjust the tension to where you are
physically comfortable (and can still rotate your wrist) and it seems to
work great.
