That's the first time we have ever heard anybody seriously question the smarts of the GM who is generally regarded as the best in the game's history. The "nosedive" the Habs took had a lot more to do with Pollock's retirement than it did Doug Wickenheiser/Denis Savard. In any case, they finally traded for Savard and they got ripped off then as well.... Ah well, we always hated the Habs when they were good but we find ourselves cheering (just a bit) for them now. cordially, as always, rm
