Re: Question for umpires



Ian - As the ball actually ended up in the goal I believe at top level the
umpires wouldn't of hesitated in giving a goal!

Also in rule 14.3 it clearly states that an offence must occur with-in the
circle (D) for a stroke to be given - not the twenty-five.

I must also admit I have only umpired a handful of games and are only
interpreting the rules as can be found at the below link:
