Tee Martin

Does anybody know anything about Tee Martin and why is not playing in
the NFL?  He took UT to the National Championship and is arguably as
good as Peyton Manning, at least stat wise anyway.  He was drafted by
Pittsburg and cut, picked up by Oakland and cut, then picked up for
the practice squad and cut and now has been picked up again.  Is he
really  not that good or is there something in his past that teams
just don't want to get involved with him over?  Seems like if he is
pretty good, there are a few teams who could use a quarterback.
