Tee Martin

Does anybody know anything about why Tee Martin has not been given an
opportunity to play in the Pros.  He took UT to the National
Championship and from what I heard was better than Peyton Manning at
UT.  He was drafted by Pittsburg and cut, picked up by the Raiders and
cut, resigned by the Raiders for the practice squad, cut and now has
been resigned again by the Raiders.  If he is supposedly that good,
what is the deal?  Anybody know anything about him?  Seems like if
he's that good there are a few teams out there who could use a
quarterback.
