help wanted

Hello!

I don't know anything about American football, I'm a translator (English
into French) and I'm currently working on a movie. There's a scene in which
some kids play football and during the huddle (I believe it's the correct
term?), the quarterback gives his players the following instructions:

"14 triple cross, power sweep right"

Could someone explain to me in simple words what it means? Of course, I can
somehow figure out from the image but I'd like an expert's opinion ;)
