When did he draft Garcia? His back problems didn't hit the news until late
July, IIRC. As far as I'm concerned, any owner who gets stiffed by a draft
pick due to unforeseen injury deserves a mulligan.

Hell, he's not catching a break in the Cage league... so no need to add
insult to injury.
