Some leagues credit only the D/ST, other credit the individual player, and still others credit both. Regarding special teams fumbles, most leagues typically do not penalize D/STs for fumbling. Individual players? Usually the rule of thumb is if they can score return TDs, they can be charged with turnovers on a return. No reward without risk. You've never had this come up before? I think Westbrook muffed a punt against New England back in Week 2. If Westbrook was active on someone's roster, how did you score it back then? -MR
