Both. Sometimes I'm the *only* one who moves over to get out of the way of a 
busy on-ramp. I also think I'm the only driver in the city who knows what a 
yield sign means.

The general rule is that if there's a toll road that goes there, there's a 
much less busy free road that goes there, too.
