Not in West Texas. Forcing someone to go only 70 in West Texas is cruel and
unusual punishment. For God's sake, move it up to 75 like New Mexico and
Arizona, at least, if you're not going to do the humane thing and Montana
it.

And I was told by a friend that there are lots of towns in West Texas whose
budget is based on catching people on I-10 and I-20 who are desperate to get
out of that state. Fortunately this was after I had gone through there
averaging 100 mph.
